About NFCM

Our Foundation

Built on faith. Growing through service. Reaching beyond our walls.

Since May 2005

Our Story

New Foundation Christian Ministries traces its beginnings to May 2005, when a small group began meeting for Bible Study and Prayer in the home of Founder and Senior Pastor Bishop Donald McFarlane.

From these beginnings, the ministry developed into an established Christian community focused on biblical teaching, prayer, fellowship, evangelism and practical service.

Over the years, NFCM has grown beyond its physical congregation, using digital platforms including YouTube and Facebook to make worship, teaching and ministry accessible to people locally and within the diaspora.

Throughout its history, the church has held together spiritual development and practical care for people and communities.

Who we are

What Defines NFCM

Biblical Teaching

Teaching and preaching the Word of God sit at the centre of NFCM’s mission — on Sundays and at Tuesday Bible Study.

Prayer

NFCM began as a Bible Study and Prayer gathering. Prayer remains central, from weekly prayer meetings to Prayer & Fasting on the first Saturday of each month.

Fellowship

Through S.A.F.E. Groups, ministries and church gatherings, members find support, accountability and belonging.

Evangelism

NFCM shares the Gospel in surrounding Kingston communities and through wider mission activity, often alongside practical care.

Community Service

From the Pantry to outreach in Cornwall Mountain after Hurricane Melissa, faith at NFCM is expressed through practical service.
